Sales Manager - UK

Accountable for:

  • Deliver and exceed revenue and growth plans via establishment of sales goals and creating forecasts
  • Continuous improvement of service levels
  • Develop skills continuously for hiring, training, and leading team members, and ensure that they're using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives
  • Generate leads, establish and nurture relationships with new and existing customers
  • Leverage business intelligence data to identify opportunities for incremental growth

Responsible for:

  • Managing the sales team, setting objectives, providing mentorship, coaching and monitor performance
  • Establish and execute a rolling sales plan to expand the customer base and increase LTV
  • Management of strategic key accounts and associated growth
  • Collate and present regular performance updates for a variety of stakeholders
  • Attend conventions and industry events where required to leverage sales opportunities

KPI’s:

  • UK revenue delivery vs budget
  • ACB (active customer base) & LTV (lifetime value)
  • Sales and Margin
  • Customer satisfaction (NPS)
  • Cost of quality

Requirements:

  •  5+ years of proven sales management experience
  •  Proven ability to drive the sales process to achieve sales goals
  •  Strong oral and written communication skills
  •  Ability to analyse and extract sales trends from data
  •  Ensuring all activity aligns with positive results for the customer

Product Data and Compliance Officer

Accountable for:

  • Product taxonomy and data schema
  • Technical product data and content (images, attributes, datasheets)
  • Alternatives and associated relationships (cross/up sell)
  • Develop technical compliance capabilities in line with relevant standards

Responsible for:

  • Delivering compelling product data to enable product search and selection online
  • Constantly enrich product data and content to differentiate from competitors
  • Provide seamless data transfer to customers and distributors
  • Stay updated with relevant legislation/standards affecting food / pharmaceutical safety
  • Produce and maintain product compliance data and records

KPI’s:

  • Web metrics –conversion and downloads
  • Cost of Quality
  • Customer satisfaction (quality)

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of proven administrative/compliance experience
  • Ability to work to a high standard of detail
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to analyse and extract trends from data
  • Experience with data/BI systems (such as MS Excel, PowerBI etc)

Key Stakeholders:

  • Sales team, Product Manager, Purchasers, Logistics, Quality Manager, Financial Controller, Operations Manager, Manufacturing team(s)

  • Head of Product & Sales Development
